Ingredients
Apple Bundt Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 cups canola oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups fresh green apples peeled and cubed
- 2-4 teaspoon allspice
Brown Sugar Icing
- 2.5 cups brown sugar light or dark
- 16 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag powdered sugar
Instructions
Apple Bundt Cake
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Cream sugar, eggs, and oil.
- Add flour and spices.
- Stir in apples.
- Bake for about 45 minutes in a 12-cup bundt pan.
Brown Sugar Icing
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, except powdered sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring for 30 seconds. Turn heat off. Add powdered sugar until the mixture reaches your desired consistency. The icing hardens slightly as it cools.
